How fast is delivery?
Next day in Nairobi (free on big appliances). Counties 2–4 days by courier partners. Tell us your preferred time at checkout and we call before we set off.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Small items: pay the full amount on delivery. Big appliances: reserve with a Ksh 3,000 M-PESA deposit and pay the balance on delivery.
How does the warranty work?
Every product carries a 12-month official warranty. Online orders are registered automatically; in-store buys can be registered under Services → Warranty registration.
Do you take my old appliance?
Yes. Get an online estimate under Services → Trade-in, then bring the unit in. The final figure is set after our technician inspects it.
Can I return an item?
Yes — 14-day no-fuss returns for a change of mind (unused, in packaging), and immediate exchange for delivery damage. See the Returns policy.
