Returns & refunds policy

Under the Consumer Protection Act (2012), you may cancel a distance purchase within the cooling-off period. At HiHome we make it simple: 14-day no-fuss returns for change of mind, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Damage on arrival: report within 48 hours (photos help) and we exchange the unit immediately at no cost.

Refunds are returned the way you paid — M-PESA refunds usually land within 24 hours after we receive the item.

Large appliance returns are collected by our own team; small items can be dropped at any HiHome store.
