Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, phone, delivery address, and payment confirmations. We are registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) under the Data Protection Act, 2019.

Your M-PESA number is used for payment prompts and WhatsApp order updates (you can opt out any time in Account → Profile). We never store card details.

We do not sell your data. Service partners (couriers, financing providers) receive only the minimum needed to serve you.
