All prices are in Kenya Shillings and include VAT. An eTIMS compliant electronic tax invoice is issued for every order.

Warranty: 12 months official warranty on all products unless stated otherwise, serviced through HiHome service centres.

Delivery windows are estimates; we will contact you if a slot needs to change. Deposits for pay-on-delivery orders are refundable if we fail to deliver.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
